Our team has been working with MROs and Dynamics AX since AX 2009, and we’ve received many requests for ProMRO for AX 2012. However, we waited until we reached the current SaaS/Cloud version, which is now called Dynamics 365 (D365). Clients First is currently rolling ProMRO for D365 globally in 24 locations and counting. Your estimators can access the Services Tab to specify quote parts and services in one system. This communication is kept in your system of record, so you don’t lose track of valuable information. The Quote Language Tab is where your estimator can outline specifics that need to be included in the quote. They can quickly add services by selecting from pre-configured services, which include details such as the price to be charged, steps that need to be completed, type and number of resources, total labor hours required for completion, special instructions for the work centers, and related expenses or items related to tasks within the service.
Once the action is estimated and completed, your salesperson is notified so they can keep the quote moving. The quote can be submitted to the workflow for internal approval, and once approved, it can be sent to the customer. You can even capture whether the deal was won or lost, including the reason why, for further sales analysis and detailed reporting. When your quote is accepted, you’re ready to turn it into a project/work order and get the job started. This is describing just one process explanation of ProMRO. Reach out to us to learn more.
You get the full capabilities of the Microsoft D365 solution including Global Financials, the best Inventory Management system out there with Master Planning and Optimization, Manufacturing (if needed) and so much more!
